I have been using the Focus blend for several months and wanted to try the Relax blend as well. For me the product did not improve my sleep, in fact I found myself waking up more while taking the Relax blend at night, so I changed my regiment back to taking Focus at night and taking Relax during the day. I found this combination to work extremely well and am pleased with the results!
