Hearing about all of the different CBD oils out there and how many were not really the quality they said they were. I had heard about Vitality and everything I had heard was positive. We received our first order of CBD oil, and for the first three days I didn’t notice anything. I was doing droppers full of the oil. I contacted my friend who had told me about how great the product was and told her it didn’t work. She told me to change the way I took it, from doing an almost full dropper, to micro dosing 3-5 drops every approx 4 hours. The difference was remarkable. I went from taking 9-12 Extra Strength Tylenol a day, to taking no Tylenol at all. As someone who has advanced arthritis due to open heart surgery in 2010, I was amazed that the reduction in my pain was so great. I find micro dosing with the 500 works best for me.

I purchased a cbc oil at a recreational store in Calgary, AB and found the colourless liquid to have quite a sharp aftertaste that worried me. I associate that taste with chemical processing. . . The mouth dryness was bothersome.
When I got my 3000mg/bottle Vitality CBD tincture in hemp oil, it wasn't colourless it was dark green and strong tasting but still clean tasting compared to the last colourless product. I didn't have the mouth dryness.

I was skeptical about using a topical because I’ve dealt with chronic pain for so long and no medication has helped but this SeaCream works! It melted right into my skin and started to break the inflammation down. I’ve able to walk more than I have in years. I will say that the consistency is more like a balm than cream because of the Shea butter so it sinks into the skin slowly rather than rubs in like a cream which provides a longer therapeutic window in my opinion.

I have been taken this product for over a year now. I have chronic muscle and joint pain. I have also been dealing with night sweats during menopause. I started with 500mg once a day. within two weeks I increased my dose to 1000mg a day and saw a significant change in my pain. I was able to sleep pain free through the night. During the day If having any anxiety due to pain I could take it and notice it help me within a 1/2 hr. I feel relaxed and it does help me sleep soundly. I battle Tinnitus and anyone else who does knows how this can’t negatively effect your sleep and well being.
