Our products can be returned within 10 days of the original product purchase date. A new, unopened product may be exchanged or refunded as credit.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the purchase and return of a product are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping (ALL packages MUST be shipped with a tracking number) and for the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) during shipping, both to and from VitalityCBD.ca.

If you have received the wrong item, please notify is within 7 days to initiate a replacement. Replacements may only be arranged for unopened/unused products.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at email@example.com.
All Vitality CBD packages are shipped via Canada Post and include $100CDN in insurance coverage from damage.
Should your package be lost during shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a claim with Canada Post. Refunds are not applicable to third party issues. If the claim is approved by Canada Post a credit code will be issued for the value of the order up to a maximum of the $100CND insurance coverage.
